Overcoming Perfectionism was originally designed with young people aged 13 - 18 years. It is designed to overcome unhelpful aspects of perfectionism.

The program is 100% online, so you can do it from the comfort of your own home. We recommend that the program can be completed over 4 weeks, with 2 modules covered per week. These include readings, hands on activities, videos, and audio clips.  Each module should only take between 30 to 60 minutes.
