Introduction

We know that all young people taking part in this programme came here on their own unique path. Some of you will have eagerly signed up for this programme, some of you may feel pressured by a parent or carer into giving this a go, and some of you are probably curious, but unsure yet if you’re really ready to change your old habits.

It can be scary and hard to make changes when you’ve been doing things a certain way for such a long time, particularly if you’re doubting that reducing perfectionism will be helpful or not. All we ask is that you give this programme your best shot, and keep an open mind!
